This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT+2) may be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We ship locally and internationally.

  • Domestic Shipping: South Africa

  • International Shipping: Worldwide (subject to customs regulations and courier availability)

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.


3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs clearance, and courier performance.

Domestic (South Africa)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery delays caused by customs inspections, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure events are beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination

    • Package weight and dimensions

    • Selected shipping method

  • Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout.


5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • The customer is solely responsible for paying any customs-related fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to unpaid customs charges.


6. ELECTRONICS SHIPPING & COMPLIANCE

Due to the nature of electronic products:

  • Some items (e.g., lithium battery-powered devices) may be subject to air freight restrictions.

  • We comply with international shipping and safety regulations.

  • Certain products may not be eligible for shipping to specific countries.

If an item cannot be shipped after purchase, the customer will be notified and refunded.


7. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment status.


8. INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY

  • Customers must ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges due to:

    • Incorrect addresses

    • Incomplete delivery information

    • Failure to collect parcels from customs or courier offices

  • Re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.


9. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

  • Do not dispose of packaging until the claim is resolved.

Lost Shipments

  • If tracking shows no movement for:

    • 7 business days (domestic)

    • 14 business days (international)
      please contact us for investigation.

Resolutions may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the case.


10. RETURNS & SHIPPING FEES

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

11. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay customs duties:

  • The order may be returned or destroyed by customs.

  • Any return shipping or handling costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded.


12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • Strikes

  • Pandemics

  • Carrier disruptions
